Processing Time
Signature Styles: 4–5 week turnaround
Custom Orders: 8–12 week turnaround
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your heirloom or item is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All U.S. orders are shipped via trusted carrier UPS.
Shipping times typically range from 2–5 business days once your order has been completed and shipped.

International Shipping
We are honored to now offer international shipping, to the United Kingdom.
International orders are shipped via UPS for a reliable and timely delivery experience.
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after shipment
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival.
These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
